We are a team of Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educators offering private or group classes to expectant parents. This class will:
- Teach you the Spinning Babies® approach.
- Discuss basic concepts of anatomy and physiology and their important role in childbirth.
- Prepare you to use understanding of baby’s position in the pelvis to enhance comfort and ease in pregnancy and birth.
This class is an opportunity to take essential knowledge into your own hands – having the power to make informed decisions related to your birth is invaluable!
